Am i being paranoid??

I'm 34weeks 2 days pregnant today, the past 3days hes had the hiccups which hes had b4 but not as long and constant as this, and today i just feel really sick to my stomach and my boobs are extremely sore,any chance this is a sign that hes gettin rdy to come out or something????. i have a dr appointment today, so plz dnt give me an answer of call the DR i just want to know if anyone has experienced this or has any suggestions or plz just tell me if im paranoid. this is my first baby. plz dont b rude.
