Heart Rate Monitor watch repair?

I have a New Balance N4 heart rate monitor and one of the keys on teh watch is sticking. How can I get this repaired? I dont have the receipt for it since I got it on Ebay. The item was new just didnt have the package. Can someone give me some ideas I love this little item and it works great minus this little hiccup!
