When will my Osiris shoes come in?!?

I ordered a pair of osiris skate shoes from Journeys because they didnt have my size. It's been about a week... When will they come in? They are being shipped to western NY. Is the place they r being shipped from far from there? Please help. Also, is there anywhere i can call to see where they are now? I want themmm haha, thanks
