Im 40 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I haven't had any fetal movement except hiccups in 3 hours. Should i be worried?

ive been laying here for three hours now and have not felt the baby move yet. i did feel hiccups? i think. ive had contractions, but not regular enough to keep me. im also dilated to two. im wondering if i should go in and get checked or if its normal for her to not move at this stage? this is my first baby and im very lost.
