My sister hit her hand on a ceiling fan?

What should I do? My parents aren't home right now. The fan was on a medium setting and she raised her hand (idk why) and I heard this loud sound and saw her hand. It's bruised and you can see an outline where the blade hit her hand. It's not bleeding but hurts her if anything touches it or if she tries to grasp something. I'm icing it right now. What should j do in the time being?
