What kind of Heart problems?

My doctor thinks I have Marfan syndrome. I think I may have a heart problem with it, my circulation is so bad my whole legs and feet will turn purple, ive been yawning and hiccuping a lot because i dont get enough oxygen. I get a pain going up in the left side of my neck when my heart hurts, my hear feels like its being squeezed. It beats very hard, and sometimes its just spazzes out for 10 seconds. What does this sound like?
