Upper back pain after vomiting/fainting?

Okay, so the other day I fainted and woke up being held and throwing up everywhere. The next day and today also, my spine and upper back and just gah everywhere is super painful. Hurts to cough, sneeze, hiccup, bend, walk for prolonged time, lie certain ways... what is it D:
